Information you choose to provide

Pursuing Excellence LLC uses the contact information you provide through the inquiry form, email, phone, or scheduling to respond to your inquiry and deliver the services you request. Booking a meeting takes you to Calendly, which handles information under its own privacy notice.

Operations Health Check

The assessment calculates results in your browser. No email is required to see the scores or to skip directly to a personalized report. If you request follow up, your first name, email, total score, and tier are submitted to PX through HubSpot. Individual question answers and category scores are not sent to HubSpot. If delivery fails and you choose the email fallback, its draft includes your assessment summary for you to review and send. Refreshing or leaving the page may clear your answers.

Inquiry and assessment forms

Inquiry submissions include your name, company, role, email, and description of what needs to work better. Assessment follow up submissions include your first name, email, total score, and tier. Forms submit to HubSpot with the submission page, page title, relevant service and campaign attribution, and the hubspotutk cookie identifier when it is already present. Inquiry attribution is also included with your message. Processing consent is required; optional marketing consent is separate and unchecked by default. If a request fails, you can retry or open an email draft. Email drafts include the inquiry fields or assessment summary and attribution; you review and send them through your email provider. Opening a draft does not send it. You can view your assessment report without submitting an email. We do not send the contents of these forms to analytics.

Website services

Hosting and scheduling services may process technical information needed to operate their services, such as IP addresses, browser information, and access logs. Google Analytics is enabled on this website, including the private review site, to measure page views, Calendly clicks, inquiry submissions, report requests, and scorecard completions. Events include the page path. Form submissions measure a request action, not proof that an email was sent or a meeting was booked. Names, email addresses, inquiry text, assessment answers, and scores are not included in these custom events. Analytics is disabled when supported browser privacy signals request it.

Use and sharing

We use information to respond to requests, manage business relationships, and provide agreed services. We do not sell personal information. Relevant service providers may process information as needed to provide hosting, scheduling, email, and business services.

Your choices

You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have provided, or to ask that we stop optional communications. Information may be retained where needed for an ongoing engagement or applicable obligations.
