An illustrative first 90 days

Diagnose. Design.
Deliver. Embed.

Timelines depend on scope, urgency, data readiness, and technical dependencies. These checkpoints illustrate an execution engagement; they are not fixed completion promises.

DAY 10Diagnose

What you see: an agreed problem statement, a current-state baseline, immediate risks, and an evidence-backed issue register.

Decision: what needs containment now, and which assumptions need validation?

DAY 30Design

What you see: prioritized workstreams, owners, acceptance criteria, resource needs, dependencies, and a practical value creation plan.

Decision: what gets approved, sequenced, and resourced?

DAY 60Deliver

What you see: progress against the agreed milestones, tested changes, visible constraints, and early performance evidence.

Decision: what can scale, what needs adjustment, and what must remain contained?

DAY 90Embed

What you see: ownership, standard work, a performance cadence, handover criteria, and the remaining delivery backlog.

Decision: what can the team sustain independently, and what still needs executive support?

Before we begin

Practical questions.
Clear answers.

Will Warren personally lead the work?

Yes. Warren leads the engagement, with direct access and an agreed level of involvement. Any specialist support is discussed in the scope.

Can we begin with a focused problem?

Yes. A defined operating issue, recovery, diagnostic, executive coaching engagement, or leadership program can stand on its own.

Do you work onsite?

PX serves clients nationwide through onsite, remote, and blended engagements. The delivery model and any travel are agreed before work begins.

How are fees structured?

The Operations Diagnostic has a fixed scope agreed before kickoff. Execution can use a scoped retainer or fractional executive mandate. Commercial terms and deliverables are agreed before any work starts.

How are results measured?

We agree on the baseline, measures, targets, owners, and review cadence. Financial improvements are validated with the business and distinguished from forecasts or overlapping benefits.

What happens when the engagement ends?

Handover is planned from the beginning, including operating routines, documentation, accountable owners, completion criteria, and any agreed follow-up.
