Pursuing Excellence LLC ("we," "us") operates pursuing-excellence.com. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.
When you complete the Operations Health Check, book a call, or contact us, we collect the information you provide: typically your name, work email, company, and your responses. We also collect standard technical data such as browser type and pages visited through routine analytics.
We use your information to deliver what you requested (scorecard results, a scheduled call, a reply), to improve the site, and, where you have provided a business email in a business context, to share relevant operational insights. Every email includes an unsubscribe option, honored immediately.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers required to operate the site and communications (e.g., hosting, scheduling, and email tools), each bound to use it only for that purpose.
We retain contact information while it remains relevant to an active relationship or inquiry. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing warrenstout@pursuing-excellence.com.
